About me

Franziska completed her bachelor’s degree in visual computing and design at the Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences with a focus on medicine, sports and people. Since then she has been studying Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Würzburg. As a student worker she worked in projects and prepared demos for the body perception of avatars and social behaviors in the virtual environment.

For her master thesis she developed a Brain-Computer-Interface that can measure brainwaves, classify them into emotions and visualize affective states in a virtual chat application.

Since November 2020 she is working as a research assistant at the chair for Human-Computer-Interaction at the Julius-Maximilians-University Würzburg.
